The parking was on-site. The room was reasonably spacious. The staff was great, amicable with every request. I thoroughly enjoyed the room, the bed was comfy. Stayed for 3 days and did not want to leave there, I would like to come again

The location of the hotel in Playa del Carmen is particularly good and amazing, really close to healthy smoothy cafes / coffee shops, the beach and quaint restaurants and healthy smoothy cafes/coffee shops. Love eating outside and there's Pizza Italia, set next to the property.

The location here is wonderful, in a calm and peaceful area.

The staff were helpful and helped with free parking. A couch and a couch bed in the room, marvellous location...

Great location near restaurants, cafes, and beach clubs within a 5-15 minute walk. Nice rooftop pool with a beautiful view. Convenient 7/11 downstairs for snacks.

macondo 5th av in playa del carmen was even better than our last stay! great location, nice pool, and modern apartments with beautiful views. the staff were friendly and helpful, and there were great restaurants nearby. a fantastic experience overall.

I absolutely loved my one-night stay at this place, the apartment had a sitting area, an ironing set, and a comfortable couch bed, and I had a great view of the swimming pool.

Good value for money, convenient location near the beach. Sparse amenities, but linens and dishes provided. Check-in took a while, but overall decent cleanliness. Amazing pool and view from the deck. Quiet neighborhood, away from noisy clubs. Convenient 24-hour front desk, with nearby shops for snacks and water.

For us it was ideal.

I recently stayed at Macondo 5th Av and had a wonderful time. The location was perfect, with charming restaurants and cafes just steps away, and the noisy clubs were far enough to not disturb my sleep. It was only a short walk to the beach clubs and local beaches, which was great for enjoying activities like kite surfing. The rooftop pool was a delight, offering a beautiful view. Having a convenient 7/11 downstairs for snacks and water was a bonus.

During my stay, I encountered a minor issue with the cleanliness of the bathroom. It would have been nice to have a fresh bathroom mat and towel after the third day.

We had a great time during our vacation. The location was perfect, close to many nice restaurants and smoothie cafes, but far enough from the loud clubs. We enjoyed the rooftop pool, which was clean and well-maintained. The staff was really helpful, and they were available 24 hours to assist us and even help us book day trips. We also appreciated the fact that there was a 7/11 store downstairs for easy access to snacks and water.

There were also some negative aspects during our stay. We asked for a non-smoking room, but there was no solution.

The apartment was stylish and comfy, and we enjoyed staying there a lot. The staff was friendly and very helpful, making us feel welcome and taken care of. The rooftop pool was a great addition, providing a nice spot to relax and cool off after a day of exploring the city.

One of the things that bothered us was the barking dog that was left alone, but luckily it stopped once its owners returned. Although we appreciated the hotel being pet-friendly, it can be a bit inconvenient when traveling with a small dog.

We loved the location of this hotel! It was so close to the beach, and yet tucked away from the noisy center of town. The pool and rooftop deck offered stunning views and a relaxing atmosphere. Our room was spacious and even had a washing machine, which was a nice bonus.

The hotel has a great location that is just a short walk away from the beach. The surrounding area is peaceful and perfect for resting after a long day exploring. The rooms are comfortable with a nice view of the city and well-maintained facilities. the hotel offers good value for money.

The kitchen supplies and cleaning products are limited and not provided by the hotel.

The pool and the rooftop deck were nice spots. The room was spacious and had a washing machine which was very convenient. We also enjoyed the hotel’s great location and easy access to different attractions.

The floors were dirty, and the bathroom sink area was too small. , we experienced terrible water pressure and a strong smell of mold or mildew throughout the stay.
